founder of Hospitality Communications.
With more than 14 years of international hospitality experience, Aysy has worked as a manager with guests and teams from over 100 nationalities throughout her career at sea, including four years as a Cruise Director leading entertainment operations for thousands of guests and managing multicultural teams.
Having trained and mentored hospitality professionals from diverse backgrounds, she understands that outstanding guest service begins with confident communication. Hospitality Communications was created to help hospitality teams develop the language and communication skills they need to succeed in today's international workplace.
